Co-founder, Vice President & COO
Jonathan Harrah is a licensed minister that has worked with individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism in home settings his entire career. He believes everyone has a purpose and it is our duty to assist them in finding it.
Starting as a Direct Support Professional while in college, he quickly focused on individuals with physical aggression and other high-risk behaviors. Over several years, he worked his way up through management and leadership; the more extreme the behavior and circumstance he found, the more interesting he found the job. He knows that if we look past the problem behaviors, we can see the real person and inspire that person to live a full life with purpose.
He feels just as comfortable conducting a business meeting as he does working in the field. He is up for anything: leading a church service, painting a canvas, dressing up at Comic-Con, or playing board games… although he isn’t a fan of watching sports. He feels no job is above or below him and is willing to help in any way he can. When not at work, he loves spending time with his wife, Ashley; children, Scarlet, Knight, and Florence (Ren); and dogs, Krypto, and Indiana Bones.
