INDIVIDUAL SUPPORTED LIVING
Living with Purpose is an approved and contracted provider of Individualized Supported Living (ISL) services by the Missouri Department of Mental Health.
ISL homes allow up to three individuals to live simultaneously in a home with supports placed around them to insure their safety and community inclusion.
Our ISL homes have 24-hours staff in the homes to assist with such activities as: budgeting, shopping, hygiene, employment, and other activities to promote independence and inclusion. Supports and services are provided in the home by highly trained staff to assist with the following:
Creating and achieving personal goals
Emotional adjustment
Social skills training
Money management training
Personal financial assistance
Functional living skills
Family-style meals
Meal planning and preparation training
Dietary support and oversight for doctor ordered diets
Management of health care needs
Nursing oversight
Medical assistance including; medication/insulin administration
Self-medication training
Transportation to employment, day activity programs, and to
access the community
