Weekend Floater
Position Overview:
- Part-time Position
- Seven shifts available
- Friday, starting 2nd shift at 3 pm
- Ending, Sunday, 2nd shift at 11 pm
- Applies only to Tier 2 and 3
Provide in-home care for the individuals served by the agency. Common daily tasks include transportation, medication administration, documenting data, log note writing, assist with daily skill development, ensure cleanliness of the home, attend medical and personal appointments scheduled by individual and supervisors.
Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Position Overview:
Provide in-home care for the individuals served by the agency. Common daily tasks include: transportation, medication administration, documenting data, log note writing, assist with daily skill development, ensure cleanliness of the home, attend medical and personal appointments scheduled by individual and supervisors.
Home Manager (HM)
Position Overview:
Provide in-home care for the individuals served by the agency. Provide services as DSP Purpose Description outlines. Daily tasks include: reviewing MARs, behavior data and other documentation to ensure completion and quality, on the job training of DSPs, ensure ISL is a clean and safe environment for the individuals and staff. Must communicate regularly with Manager and assist with given tasks in a timely manner.
Program Coordinator (PC)
Position Overview:
Provide oversight and training to Managers, Lead DSPs, and DSPs. Provide services as Manager, Lead DSP, and DSP Purpose Description outlines. Daily tasks include: reviewing data to ensure completion and quality, review and delegate HIPs and CIMOR deficiencies for immediate rectification, assist with delegation of Monthly Nursing Review tasks, review Individual’s Monthly Summaries for submission to state, develop individualized growth plans for staff under supervision, training of Managers, Lead DSPs, and DSPs, perform routine checks of ISLs to ensure the highest quality and care is being delivered. Must communicate regularly with Managers and assist with delegated tasks to promote a balanced workload.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Position Overview:
Looking for someone to provide 20-30 Individual Supported Living (ISL) billable hours for persons served or contracted through LWPMO. Tasks include implementing behavior plans as written, helping teach new independent living skills, and functional replacement behaviors, provide support for DSPs and individuals served. Some spreadsheet knowledge is a plus and daily log notes are required.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Position Overview:
The primary function of the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Living with Purpose of Missouri (LWPMO) is to plan & continuously monitor the effectiveness of their interventions with primarily an adult population. Develop, & monitor a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of individual clients; this requires staying abreast of current research & trends within the field to serve your clients best, as well as ensuring social validity.
